Do I need to sign up to buy goods at PUERLLA?

Nope, you don’t need to. But, you will be excluded from our promotional events we provide on a regular basis, so if you don’t want to miss them, please do sign up with us!

How long would it normally take to receive the items I ordered?

It generally depends on where the seller is located and process time. So, please check the seller’s location and their shipping policies before purchasing goods.

Payment & Security

When you place an order on PUERLLA, you are purchasing directly from the seller.

PUERLLA currently supports payment with PayPal only. PayPal allows payments directly via PayPal accounts or by credit cards such as VISA, MasterCard and more.

 

PUERLLA does not handle any transaction made on the platform. Every purchase made on PUERLLA is considered a direct transaction between the customer and the owner of the shop; funds are therefore directly transferred from the buyer to the brand owner’s Paypal account.

 

All transfers are handled and transacted through third party dedicated gateways to guarantee your protection. Card information is not stored and all card information is handled over SSL encryption.
