Returns and exchanges
Returns are accepted on unworn items in their original packaging materials within 10 days from when your package was delivered.
All orders are shipped with “La Poste” in 3 – 6 business days.
Please allow 7 – 30 business days for International shipping delivery
and 3 – 6 business days for delivery inside France.
We drop the envelope in the post office letter box and there is no tracking number, no info after or any control to this order (99% safe and reliable).

——————————— MISSING PACKAGES
To consider an order as lost you must wait 6 weeks.
Shipping times can be sometimes different. Please contact me if you haven’t received your package in France within 2 weeks, and within 6 weeks for international packages. Though it does not usually take that long, packages have, on rare occasions, an exceptionally long delivery time.
Please double check your shipping address before you contact me and make sure you have the correct one on your missing order.

Ship by date and Delivery date
Please note that “ship by” date is NOT equivalent to the actual “delivery” date.
– SHIP BY DATE: When your package leaves our studio. (between 2 and 5 days)
– DELIVERY DATE: When your package arrives to you. It takes 7 to 30 business days for International shipping delivery and 3 to 6 business days for Domestic (France)
We cannot guarantee your delivery time as this fully depends on the carrier.
Gift wrapping and packaging
Every piece we make comes with its own box and a card inside. We never include a receipt or a invoice.
Ship a gift direcly to the recipient with a gift message
Yes. You can change the shipping address to the recipient’s prior to completing checkout. If a gift message is to be included, please leave the message in the “Note to seller” box in your cart.
