Please study the shipping information listed as the processing time of each item may vary. For those available items, we shall try to ship them out within 1 – 3 business day. However, for those order-to-made items, it will take about longer days, please study on each listing carefully.
We used to send the goods to our buyers by signature airmail with tracking numbers (except for local customer) since registered postage can be tracked. However, you are welcome to convo us for other means of shipping, such as regular airmail without tracking number at lower shipping fee. We shall help to work this out.
We are NOT RESPONSIBLE for any lost package if your parcel is not registered / insured. However, we are responsible if the item is found damaged when arrived. Please contact us for any query.
Please double check your shipping address, NO REFUND / RESHIP in case you provided the wrong address.
For whatever reason the package return to us, buyer will be responsible for all the re-shipping cost incurred unless the mistake is on our side .
For most of the countries and most of the cases, shipping time takes around 1-3 weeks. But sometimes it could take 4-8 weeks depends on the customs clearance time of your country. We regret that it is out of our control on the shipping time. If you need your items urgently, please upgrade to EMS (Speedpost) at extra cost.
Refunds and Exchange
Since we are just a small workshop, we regret that we do not accept any REFUND or RETURN.
Exchange / Replacement is accepted for damaged item during shipment only. Please contact us within 1 week after you got the parcel and send us the picture(s) of the damaged item(s).
Refunds or exchanges are not offered for reason due to minor quality problems or color deviation.
Please read the description of the item on the listings carefully, especially the measurement, to avoid disappointment. We may not accept the cancellation of order if the buyer overlooked our description, or the buyer will be responsible for all charges incurred.
