Items are posted priority shipment with The Spanish postal service.
Europe generally arrive within 5 to 10 days.
Other countries should arrive within 15-20 days.

All the shipments are done via certificate mail. This means that your signature will be required in order to receive the parcel.
Currently, the Spanish postal service is updating his tracking service to achieve the new requirements of US, Canada and Australia national postal services. So for a couple of months the tracking info might be not properly working in all the shipments. But don’t be worried! The parcel will arrive very fast and a signature will be required, so is pretty safe.
There is no guaranteed delivery date on international packages.
»We are not responsible for any loss, damage, or theft of orders shipped internationally. Once the package leaves Spain, it is out of the hands of the spanish postal service (correos) and in the hands of your country/region’s postal service. Any loss/damage/delays need to be taken up with your postal service.
» There are some destinations, like Australia or India, where the tracking info doesn’t work, on this cases I’m not responsable if the parcel gets lost.
» Shipping times may increase significantly during holiday seasons or if the package is going through customs.

Returns and Exchanges
If you are not happy with your purchase (item not as described or broken), please let me know! Depending on the problem, we may proceed to an exchange or a refund. But always 7 days after you receive the parcel.
If you want to return an item you purchase (unworn and undamaged, because worn or damaged jewelry will void the refund), you have to return it within 7 days of receiving it and we’ll give you a full and complete refund or a replacement if you’d rather. Pelase note that buyers are responsible for return shipping costs.

HOW LONG DOES IT TAKE TO GET MY JEWELRY?
As an exceptional situation, it will take us longer than usual to prepare your order.
If you had already bought us a product, those below are the usual timings:
To Europe –> 7/10 days (working days)
To US–> 10/20 days (working days)
Everywhere else–> 15/20 days (working days)
MY TRACKING NUMBER IS NOT WORKING:
This is because the Spanish postal service is updating his tracking service to achieve the new requirements of some countries as US, Canada, etc…, so, unfortunately, in those countries are not registering some of the parcels. But this doesn’t means that it has to be any problem, actually, as is a certificate email, they will require your signature once the parcel arrives, which makes the shipment pretty safe.

CAN I GET MY RING RE-SIZED?
Most of the time yes, some stone’s won’t be able to take the resizing process so please give your correct size the first time around if possible! But if for any reason you need another size you have to send me back your ring and I will re-sized. Please note that you will have to cover the shipping expenses.
